The Belt and Road Electric Power Delegation Visited BRITEC

Recently, Ministry of Commerce organized the “Belt and Road” international delegation to visit representative small enterprise – BRITEC Electric Co., LTD. The delegation was composed of the heads of the ministries of Power, Energy and Science & technology of 7 countries, including Uzbekistan, Turkey, Ethiopia, Venezuela and Serbia etc., and more than 20 people visited BRITEC to witness the achievements of BRITEC in surge protection technology innovation.

The delegation visited BRITEC’s factory and was impressed by its standardized workshop layout, automated assembly lines, robots and other modern production equipment. They believe that BRITEC is unique in the intelligent production and quality testing of surge protection products, reflecting the ambition of enterprise management and technological innovation.

BRITEC has the leading lightning test laboratory in China, which can complete the 8/20μs and 10/350μs impact test, AC and DC SPD thermal stability test, failure mode simulation test, combined wave test and environmental reliability test. Deputy President Mr. Xu Xuyang introduced the technical positioning of the company’s “Let All the Circuits Get Surge Protected” to the delegation, as well as innovative measures such as new products and new applications. The delegation gives a high evaluation of the strength of BRITEC and hoped to further strengthen cooperation and jointly promote trade exchanges.

At the symposium, the two sides discussed topics such as strengthening cooperation on surge protection technology and promoting the development of the electric power protection industry, and reached broad consensus.
