A1:We are factory, we have been specializing in the production of surge protection for 21 years.We have over one hundred workers.

Q2:What is your company's main products?

A2:We are SPD manufacturer, our products including AC surge protection, DC surge protector, LED lightning protection and data line surge protection etc.

Q3:What standard of your equipment produce?

A3:All our products comply with IEC61643-11 / IEC61643-31.

Q4:How do you ensure that the product is of good quality?

A4:Our products have CB/CE/TUV/UKCA certificates, our factory has passed the ISO9001 certification, stric quality control are applied starts from incoming of raw materials to product shiping. Products are 100% inspected before leaving the factory.

Q5:Where are you located? Is it convenient to visit you?

A5:Our factory is located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. We welcome customers to visit our factory at any time.

Q6:Can you design the product according to our requirements?

A6:We support OEM and ODM services, we have a professional technical team can customize products according to customer requirements.

Q7:What's the delivery time for sample order?

A7:It's about 7-15 days.

Q8:How to maintain surge protection?

A8:Our products do not need special maintenance, only need to check regularly whether the indicator window is normal, if it shows red, it needs to be replaced in time.

Q9:Working principle of SPDs

A9:SPDs work by diverting the excess voltage that is generated during a surge away from the devices that are being protected. They do this by moving the excess energy through a path that leads to the ground, away from the equipment.

Q10:Any Difference of the installtion?

A10:Yes, each types of installation location is different. For example, Type 1 surge protectors are designed to be installed when a direct lightning strike risk is high;Type 2 surge protectors are designed to be installed at the entrance of the installation, in the main switchboard, or close to sensitive equipment.
